I order when I need a reset or right before a vacation when I know my eating will be all over the place. Usually drop a few lbs too which is a bonus! The green juices end up giving me more energy than my coffee does. I recommend trying one if the preselected packages your first time and then build your own after that if you want if you’re like me and don’t have the time or want to make all of this yourself, it’s worth it!
