I had my first ordered delivered a couple of days ago. I opened the box and grabbed a juice and started drinking while putting the rest of the order in frig. I glanced at the bottle and saw that I am supposed to put in refrigerator to thaw and drink within 24 hours. Mine was not frozen all the way. Yikes I grabbed another one and started drinking while. Called customer service and I was greeted by a very pleasant customer service representative who first off Apologized and instructed me to take a picture of one of the bottles and send it in. I was having problems with my email and wasn’t receiving all the responses that the company sent me. Long story short they took care of the problem at a record speed!!!! I’m floored actually, was thinking here we go again. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to try there products! Sincerely, Valerie
