I have been juicing for years, but this year I've been feeling overwhelmed, so I decided to order premade juices from Raw Generation. I ordered the Protein Cleanse and the Stay Skinny Method. I found the ease of grabbing a juice, with no clean-up, to be a lifesaver during this time. I looked forward to each juice, and I absolutely loved the flavors. I never felt hungry (but I'm used to juicing). I finally slept at night without needing any melatonin. My skin looks fantastic. I can't speak to weight because I did not weigh myself before or after. But I do look and feel thinner. My head is less foggy. My only issue was not realizing I have a date allergy with the smoothies! But once I realized that and swapped the smoothies for juices, I was back at it. Raw Generation has excellent customer service!!! If you're on the fence and reading this, try a 3-day cleanse (or build your own box) and give it a shot.
