The cleanse is divine. Very yummy and very easy to incorporate into your day. I felt great and energized. The only problem was is that I couldn't drink all 6 each day and I had left overs that I had to waste because they were in the fridge for 48 hours (thinking I would get them all in). When in a rush or heading somewhere it's very convent to just sip on throughout the day rather than having to drink a whole bottle as a meal when you don't have the time to. Very yummy, very doable, felt great, skin glowed, dropped 3.5lbs., did not lack on energy. I would highly recommend this cleanse. Ps. Digestion was surperb! I would absolutely do this again.
