Because I am allergic to so many things, including coconut and all it's derivatives; there is next to nothing I can take in pill form. So supplements and vitamins were out. I started looking into juices. To do it yourself was time consuming, messy, and expensive. While purchasing these juices, one might think they're a little expensive, but in the long run I believe you easily break even, if not less, especially when you catch one of their sales. Because of numerous allergies there are only three that I can use: Slim & Strong, Heal & Hydrate, and Energy & Endurance. I've pretty much made the juices my supplements. I have at least one a day and change them out. There are some days where I will do two a day. I absolutely love them. I feel like my skin is improving and they fill you up. I don't think you can go wrong with them.
