The juices seem very fresh and healthy. You do have to like those vegetables and fruit in there because that is exactly what it tastes like. You can taste every ingredient which is cool because you know you are getting what they said is in it! I wish the cost/shipping wasn't so high because i would like to continue them. I understand why the shipping is so high because everything is frozen making the package heavy. If it wasn't frozen then they would go bad. Overall, love the product, will probably purchase again!
