The shipment was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but showed up Wednesday and most of the bottles were thawed out. Also, I was surprised on the size of the bottle but I guess I really did not know what to expect. I refroze them but an leery about if they will still be good. I started a cleanse on Thursday but after the second day I stopped because I was having problems with blood in my stool. After resting my stomach from the juice over the weekend the blood stopped, so I am not sure if that is just too much for my tummy or what. So I am going to just try using the bottles as a meal replacement and only have one or two a day.
