I found the company easy to deal with, they were responsive to a "when will they ship question", and the juices arrived in a nice, thermal package to keep them frozen. The juices were really good. I had 6 juices the 1st day, 5 and 5 to leave 2 left over. I lost 3 pounds in the 3 days. I exercised all 3 days too. I like it. I'd do it again. Thanks
