The staff was very helpful when I asked when my product would be delivered. I was going out of town and wanted to be sure the juices didn't arrive while I was out and would be spoiled. Within a few hours of submitting an e-mail I was called and a new delivery date was scheduled. I arrived home a few hours after my package arrived and the juices were still frozen (slightly thawed). I was very happy with the product, and so far loving the results. I am on day 2 of the cleanse. Day 1 was rough, but day 2 was better.
