It was a little frustrating that the voucher I purchase didn't work right away. It consequently resulted in delayed start to my juice which I didn't really stick to because half of my order was thawed and had to be resent. So I started two days later drinking only the green juices. Overall threw me off the plan that I wanted to commit to so I can not judge if this actually works. I did like 3 out of the 4 juice varieties (really don't like beets). I did think Customer care was very responsive. Overall very small issues but changed my entire experience.
