Ordering was easy enough, and previous purchases of the 30 day skinny elixir was great. However, I recently purchased the 3 day cleanse, which was a different story. Four days after ordering, there was a death in the family, so I had to go out of town. I had not received a shipping notice,so I contacted customer service, asking that my order be delayed. For almost a week, no response, until I got a shipping notice. Fortunately I was able to change the shipping address through fedex. When I got home I started my cleanse. The Jessica had really heavy sediment - the bottom half inch was completely unpalatable. The rest weren't too bad, although it turns out I hate beets. However, at the end of the cleanse, I had gained weight. The one meal a day I ate was according to the rules, which was hard, since I had never had cravings so bad in my life. But even with one meal a day of lean chicken, I should not have gained four pounds. Overall, a giant waste of money.
