I understand that there was a big snow storm just after I placed my order, however it took over a week for my order to process and ship. And I did not receive any notice that there may have been a delay until after I reached out myself to make sure I was still going to get my juice. Additionally, I found the frozen juice to be bit of a hassle. I was so excited to receive my shipment and when I finally did I still had to wait hours for them to defrost. Finally, I've tried many juice cleanses and this was the only brand that had SO MUCH *stuff* at the bottom of the bottle, no matter how much I shook it up while I was drinking it. I had to throw most of the juices away when I got to the last 5th of the juice because it was too much to handle.
