My girlfriend and I decided to try this cleanse and overall we found it to be not only disappointing, but also nauseating. We are experienced in juicing, perhaps this is a good starter for those who are not. I can say that the instructions and tips are helpful. We purchased this on Groupon, had we paid full price, our review would be even more critical.
