Isabel is horrible at 'customer service' and the process from start to finish was a fail. I understand the initial problem with Verizon and working thru the change of a remodel, but to be given incorrect information with regard to my first delivery and date, and then my second delivery and date as well, was just about as disappointing as could be. Your customer service manager initially did what she could, but after the second mishap, I did not receive a phone call or any subsequent contact.
