I love your product, and would have purchased from you more often but I am frankly offended by the rates you charge for shipping. I worked for UPS for years. I know how national accounts work and the discounts that are offered. I am not against making a little money on shipping, but what you are charging is just out of line. Reduce your shipping costs and you would get regular orders from me.
