My boyfriend & I did the cleanse before a last minute trip to the beach & it worked out very well for both of us! We thought the juices were very filling & considering we both love to eat, we thought it would be much harder initially. We both could see & feel a difference by the end of the 5 day & our bodies felt rejuvenated. We would both be open to it again!
