The juice arrived defrosted the first time and I got a replacement. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting a new shipment to me. The juice arrived frozen the second time which was awesome. The red juice was fine tasting however the green juice made gag it was so gross. I was very disappointed in the product. Also your images do not match the actual product I found that very annoying.
