Ive done many cleanses, this was my least favorite. Too much sugar in the juices (I understand its natural but all of them had too much fruit). There also wasnt a hearty juice like most cleanses do for evening. Overall I was pretty disappointed in this cleanse and not likely to do it again (sorry)
