The process was very easy and I was very eager. I was looking forward to making these juices a frequent staple in our home. When the product arrived I was impressed by the packaging and condition. The directions were easy. However the drinks are seriously lacking. They are essentially water with a drop or two of juice pulp. I was expecting juiced drinks. The flavor is non existent in the berry and a hint of wheat grass in the greens. Not what is expected when you are ordering hundreds of dollars worth of juice that was supposedly from a juicer. I got water....
