I feel that a more thorough explanation of the benefits of each cleanse and their duration's would be helpful. An expanded/more thorough 'what to expect' section perhaps. I also feel that providing a general timeline of when to consume each juice would help. The weight and/or portion size of supplemental fruits and vegetables would be helpful, along with a list of specific ones to choose and/or avoid. I guess I just found the directions to be willy-nilly and more like suggestions than specific instructions or true guidance.
