Unfortunately, my delivery not only arrived 3 days later than the original scheduled delivery, but it was delivered to the wrong address. By the time a neighbor brought it over to me, the product was completely melted and not able to consume. I am aware that this is not your fault at all, but the fault of the delivery system. However, I was still unable to use my cleanse. I contacted customer support and they did fully refund my purchase. That process was very simple and I thank you for that. However, due to the issues with delivery, I cannot rate the cleanse and am unlikely to order again. I have a hard time spending that much money not to have my delivery guaranteed.
