the juices are delicious and I like that they are frozen; it's actually really convenient. I'm an instant fan of the product.
but it's really hard to know when they are going to arrive. the website doesn't offer any information on that. for my first order, i emailed twice and called twice. the second call, someone did answer and was incredibly helpful. but that's too much work for me. I don't often have time to make a personal call during my busy work day.
