Yes, it would be EXTREMELY helpful that you put on your website explicitly that we as consumers have to "redeem" our purchase first. For example, I placed this order and thought that was all I had to do. I waited for two weeks and received no order or confirmation. I assumed it was late because of the holidays, but did not know I had to actually go to your site to place the order.
