I loved all the different flavors through out the day! I felt energized and after the third day I was not even tempted to snack. When I finished my two week pack I felt a really good. I really felt it help reset my stomach which I have been suffering from digestive issues for 9 years from sever/chronic constipation and now I am more regular. I WILL BE DOING ANOTHER CLEANSE AGAIN!
