The experience overall has been great. I've ordered juices on multiple occasions and they were quickly delivered, high quality and relatively tasty (for vegetable juice). My only issue is with my most recent order; it's been delayed, and I'm told it will be another week before I receive it (for a 12-day wait overall). I expected the usual level of service and hoped to extend the three-day fast I was already on, but that will not be possible now. I do know they're backed up as of the new year.
