The wait time and lack of communication was not ideal. If the product is going to be delayed even longer than originally told, it would be nice to have a call/email instead of trying to track it down yourself. To me that is not customer service. Not to mention the reply to my email was not "sorry" it was we are out of what you ordered, will be shipped out some time next week. Truly felt like I was being a bother.
Also was receiveing emails re: how I liked the product and it had not been delivered.
