I was disappointed in how long it took to receive the juices, but overall happy in the quality and taste of the product. I lost about 8 pounds over the 5 days, but gained about 5 back pretty much immediately. The real positive though, is that my sweet tooth is cured and I had a very bad sweet tooth.
