The only bad thing about the juices and smoothies is the shipping cost. They are worth the money, I lost weight and feel good. Im on day 3 of a 4 day cleanse. I ordered with someone else and we split it up to save money. We would do an auto ship order if it becomes more affordable. I would love to order the cocktail juices and substitute some of my meals everyday.
