This has the best tasting juices, for this type of cleanse. I've done a couple before and could not get down some of the juices! All of these are easy to drink and I love the way you can pick what you want. I've added raw veggies & nuts, as well as fruit to give me a bit more substance so that I can work out... I did a five day skinny cleanse and have lost 5 lbs!
