Your ordering process is unconventional and lacks details. I've placed orders in the past, so I know what to expect, but when you place an order you don't receive an email confirmation of it happening. You can't login and check on your order because you don't have an order number. the only way I know I placed my order is because my credit card has a charge. It also can take anywhere from 10-14 days until you start receiving information regarding your order being shipped and then we receive quite a bit of information from your company. I love that you freeze your juices so I can have them on my own schedule and believe they are of high quality and very tasty, but the ordering system could use improvement.
