Arrived in a timely manner, the juices tasted better than other cleanses’ I’ve done. However, most other “skinny cleanses” contain a coconut/cashew milk drink to add protein, which I love. Found it more difficult to exercise effectively compared to others—but that could very well just be an isolated reaction.
Overall, I will use Raw Generation again but would maybe try a different cleanse option.
