I honestly have to say, thank you! This has truly been a blessing for me at such a vulnerable time in my life. I wish I had taken pictures. I've lost so much belly fat, it's unreal. I must be getting rid of toxins because I'm only crunching on salad and nuts when I feel the urge to eat although, not from being hungry. I now have 3 BMs a day vs. 0 to 1. I did take other supplements but those are not for cleansing or weight loss.
