The 7 day cleanse was by far the most challenging thing I have ever done! Im writing this on day 7 and I want to say that this was also the most rewarding experience I've ever had. I Fb live my entire journey, the good, bad, and embarrassing, but my body has responded in such a way I never thought possible. I lost 27lbs in the 6.5 days and when I went to my Dr. to make sure I was ok, I was given an Excellent bill of Health. *excellent is something a Dr. has never said to me! I've cursed, I've complained, I've been uncertain, but as I fought through, I emerged to a better self I did not realize existed. Thank You Raw Generation!
