I never did a cleanse before and was apprehensive about doing one. This cleanse was easy. Delivered frozen to my house. I defrosted when I was ready. No messy prep. The ease was a huge relief. I didn’t finish 6 bottles in a day so I carried over a few bottles and took the cleanse into a few extra days. I am very satisfied. I am so happy i am going to order more and keep drinking daily. Right now I am juicing all day and eating a sensible dinner. I lost about 8 pounds this week. But it’s more about how I feel. And I feel amazing. I have clarity. I am thinking clearly.
