I have done my own juice cleanses before in the past. However, it’s extremely time consuming. This company makes it so easy, everything is done for you. I did the 5 day skinny cleanse, and lost 5 lbs. I was happy with my results, I have low thyroid hormones and my metabolism isn’t as good as it should be. I also take fiber daily, so I know the weight wasn’t JUST from pooping. The first 2 days I was slightly hungry at the end of the day so I ate a tuna packet and that was just enough protein to satisfy my needs. The rest of the time I ONLY drank the 6 juices per day. I will definitely be purchasing this product again in the future.
