My dr suggested I eat fewer solid foods & more juices & soups to help lose weight & help with some digestive issues I have due to medication that I take. I have been drinking the juices & soups during the day & eating a nutritious dinner with my family at night. I have more energy than I've had in years, just after a few days. I can't wait to see how I feel a month from now! I've also recommended it to my friends.
