I did a 3 day cleanse that I turned into a 4 day cleanse and had great results. I lost between 5-7 lbs in 4 days! The products tasted great and I felt amazing at the end. The reason I cannot give a 5 star review is shipping. It took WAY longer to arrive than expected. So my perfectly planned cleanse was pushed back and shipping is almost as expensive as the juices themselves. I would love to do another cleanse if shipping wasn't such a hassle.
