My fiance and I did the 3-Day cleanse in Feb 2018. I lost 7lbs in 3 days! I was so amazed at my results. My sister & sister in law also bought the cleanse and lost weight too. It helped me jump start cutting off ALL dairy, sugar, eating limited carbs, having significantly less alcohol and drinking more water. This was definitely the boost I needed.
