I LOVED the 7 day protein & juice detox!!! All tasted great, 6 a day kept me pretty full I was able to lose 11lbs. Only issue I had was defrosting, arrived frozen solid, leaving in shipping container until next day then putting in refrigerator took 4 days to thaw :(
