the shakes are awesome and the program is sooooo easy to follow. I've tried everything and I mean everything. This plan is great. I am on day 4 and I lost 8lbs and I'm eating :) The ONLY issue for me is the cost of shipping. Maybe find a less expensive carrier. Otherwise, awesome!!
