I did the 3 day skinny cleanse which definitely has flattened my tummy. But, I think partly it may have been due to the fact that the juice was still frozen! The first day i only went thru 4 drinks because it took me forever to try to drink and let it melt. I received the shipment the afternoon before my cleanse. You need at least 2 days before your cleanse to really have a juice to drink. The juices taste ok. Customer service is great and very responsive and they got me my shipment the day I chose. If you need to drop weight fast - this is perfect for you.
