Raw generation was recommended to me from a friend and I intended on doing it as a “jump start” to reset to prepare for summer. I didn’t think I would get the results I got and was pleasantly surprised. I plan on doing it again in a month or so because it not only gave me the results I wanted in my weight but also made me feel good. The only thing I would say that was hard would be the lemon in some of the juices irritated my throat a little from the acidity. The juices were tasty and filling and I really enjoyed this product. Highly recommend!!
