Absolutely loved the 7 day cleanse. I felt amazing and had a ton of energy. I was actually sad that it was over. I did lose 7 lbs but I didn’t do it for weight loss. I wanted to give my body a break to let it heal after having a baby 8 months ago. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to get rid of toxins and boost their energy.
