I choose the five day cleanse and I couldn't have been happier. I was made aware of when the product was to be delivered and came as promised. It was securely package and frozen solid when I opened it. The how to use instructions were easy to follow and left no doubt in my mind on how to start the program. The product itself was very flavorful and I enjoyed all the drink varieties. Raw Generation is a quality company and I would recommend the cleanse program to anyone
