My rating refers to the overall taste and reaction my body is having to the diet. I have very much appreciated the customer service and would give that a 4 to 5 rating. I currently am on day two of the keto diet. The consistency and taste is very difficult to withstand. I am determined to complete the 42 bottle process however. I am interested in pursuing another raw diet if the overall experience and taste can at least be tolerable.
