This program works! I did the 7 day cleanse and lost 10 lbs!!! It was hard, mentally the first 3 days but when I saw the scale of 5 lbs lost I had to keep striving! I was 140 and now down to 130lbs !!!! The juices tasted amazing! I will definitely buy again! Worth the money and is comparable to meal prepping in my eyes. Thanks for reading!
