Absolutely love these. Shipping was longer than expected but for good reason. Blends are pretty good. Six bottles a day is more than I need (I drink water too) so my 5 day cleanse is on day 6 with at least enough for two more days. I've lost 7.5 lbs, have more energy, improved gaming reaction time and fit my clothes better. I also sleep better and don't have any of the pain that I had before. The first 2 days were hard to not think about food because I eat all the time for every reason I could think of. Day 3 was much easier and now I'm motivated to keep this 'high'.
