First off, I am thoroughly enjoying this product. I’m more impressed with the customer service!
I ordered the 7 day cleanse and I received my package a couple of days later. Unpacked the 42 bottles which most were frozen or partially frozen. There were three that were not. I read the material for suggestions and as well viewed the FAQ online. I sent a message explaining I had three that were thawed. Alison Voss responded immediately and sent replacements for those with no questions! Wow!!
