This is my third order of the 3 day and 5 day raw juices. I stop eating meat, chicken ,red meat and cookies.No potato chips. No standard sugar. In one months I went from 160 to 154 lbs
The raw juices taste good. Shared with friends and they could tell a difference immediately.
Make sure you put them in freezer as stated.
