This was my first juice cleanse I’ve done and overall pretty shocked at how beneficial it was. Lost nearly 10 pounds in 5 days. The only juice I really had a hard time drinking was the spinach and kale one. They all had a nice sweetness to them which gave them a much better taste. It was quite a shock to my body so was rather uncomfortable through the cleanse but the cravings and hunger slowly become less and less noticeable. I had my first meal yesterday after the fast and could barely finish a quarter of it! Shrinks your stomach a lot which I was also happy with. Overall very happy with the purchase and recommend.
